Documentation Guidelines for Persons with a Learning Disability

申请ADHD住宿的学生必须提供当前诊断的证明. Because of the changing nature of ADHD testing must also be recent, administered within the last three years.

申请心理残疾住宿的学生必须提供当前心理残疾的证明. Because of the changing nature of psychological disorders, documentation must also be recent, within the last 12 months. 心理诊断并不总是使一个人有残疾.
要求心理残疾住宿的学生必须提交以下一项或多项审查:

Documentation Guidelines for Persons with a Physical Disability
